Now that I've got this blog sorted out and working with the iPad, I will try to catch up with the goings on of the past week on here some time soon...but if I don't keep up with what's happening right now, I will get too far behind...so here goes for today in brief....
Today was supposed to be the day we went up the Eiffel Tower, but every Frenchman and his poodle were queued up waiting and so we decided to visit the Christmas market on the Champs Elysses - officially known as the Paris Village de Noel. Many kilometres of walking, wonderful atmosphere, chaud vin rouge (hot red wine - just the thing when it feels like it's minus 2 degrees!) and to top it off, Georgia and Darcee got to go ice skating on the Champs Elysses!
We rushed home to change and head out to the Lutheran Church around the corner for an organ recital to celebrate the 100th anniversary of their organ...what a day!
